Rhian Ramos and KC Montero have broken up.
The two have reportedly called it quits over a month ago, but were able to keep it private. They, however, remain friends that's why they still see each other.
In an alert posted by pep.ph, Rhian even confessed that they still love each other!
I wonder why they chose to split, then.

Before KC, Rhian had a relationship with Mo Twister. Their breakup became controversial as it involved issues of abortion, as revealed by Mo himself via a video.
KC, meanwhile, is the former partner of singer Geneva Cruz.
