Kapuso actor Geoff Eigenmann is looking fit on the cover of Men’s Health Philippines January 2014 issue where he reveals how he lost 40 pounds to get back in shape.

The issue is packed with informative features like how to get back in shape, burn fat instantly and even how to prepare a the “Perfect Guy Meal.” It is now out in newsstands nationwide for only P140.

Meanwhile, Geoff is currently seen in the GMA-7 primetime series Adarna opposite Kylie Padilla. Earlier this year, he also starred in the Kapuso afternoon soap, Forever, with Heart Evangelista and Gloria Romero, and in GMA News TV’s Wagas.
