Lino Cayetano and Fille Cainglet got married in Mactan, Cebu on Friday, December 27, 2013. According to reports, only their families and few close friends were present at the very private event.
Earlier this month, news broke out that the 36-year-old director-turned-Taguig congressman is tying the knot before the year ends with his girlfriend of three months. The wedding details, however, were not revealed.
The 23-year-old Fille, a former volleyball player of the Ateneo de Manila University, reportedly met Lino in a volleyball tournament in Taguig last summer. Their first date happened in a restaurant at the Teacher's Village in Quezon City.
Their big age gap seemed to be not a problem at all, proving yet again that love indeed transcends age.
The newlyweds will reportedly hold another wedding reception in Manila come January where a bigger number of guests will be invited.
