Miss Intercontinental 2013 winner is Russia's Ekaterina Plekhova

Miss Russia Ekaterina Plekhova was named Miss Intercontinental 2013 in the pageant held Saturday night (Sunday morning in Manila) in Magdeburg, Germany.

She bested 58 other candidates from around the world, winning the first Miss Intercontinental crown for her country.

It was also the first time Russia placed in the semis, and lucky enough to have gone straight to the crown.

The Philippine representative, Koreen Medina, didn’t disappoint as she had a 3rd runner-up finish. She also bagged the Miss Intercontinental Asia and Oceana 2013 title.

1st runner-up was Miss Puerto Rico Aleyda Ortiz, 2nd runner-up was Miss Colombia Margarita Peralta, and 4th runner-up was Miss South Africa Kayla Nel.

PBB Teen Edition 4 Audition at MOA on January 6 & 13
