Derrick Monasterio inks record deal with Dyna Music, to release single soon

Kapuso teen actor Derrick Monasterio signed a record deal with Dyna Music and will soon be a certified recording artist as he releases his first single which he is currently working on.

Although he was introduced as an actor, Derrick said music was his first love.

“Given this opportunity to be a recording artist is one of the great things that happened to me” he said.

Recently, Derrick’s fellow Kapuso young star Alden Richards also inked a recording deal with Universal Records. He is now working on an album which is scheduled to be released in a few months.

Seems like everyone wants to be a singer, no?
