Ruffa Gutierrez comes back to ABS-CBN after staying for three years in TV5.
The former beauty queen made a controversial walk-out in 2010 from the set of the Kapamilya program The Buzz which she used to co-host. The incident was followed by her transfer to the Kapatid Network where she hosted Paparazzi, also a showbiz-oriented show like The Buzz.
She also resigned from Paparazzi, though, after she felt the show ‘disrespected’ her during her 38th birthday presentation in June last year.
Now, after three years, Ruffa is set to make a grand comeback in the Kapamilya Network via the Saturday night sitcom Toda Max which stars Robin Padilla, Angel Locsin, Pokwang and Vhong Navarro.
Now that makes me wonder, will ABS-CBN also make her come back as a co-host in The Buzz? And how awkward it will be for her and John Lloyd Cruz’s current girlfriend Angelica Panganiban to be in one studio/event/show? Or much worse, will she and Shaina Magdayao, who during her relationship with John Lloyd asked Ruffa to leave her boyfriend alone, ever be okay?
