'Yesterday's Bride' ends, will Lovi Poe remain a Kapuso?

GMA-7's soap Yesterday's Bride had its finale episode on Friday, February 22, 2013. Starring Rocco Nacino and Lovi Poe, it was one of the most-watched afternoon series of the Kapuso Network during its run.

With the soap now gone and Lovi's contract with the network expiring soon, it will not be too long before we find out if the rumors about her transfer to TV5 is indeed real.

Months ago, talks surfaced that the only thing keeping the in-demand actress from signing with TV5 was her ongoing contract with GMA-7. Rumors also said that her primetime series with the Kapatid Network is ready to start production once her contract with the Kapuso Network expires.

But will Lovi be able to sustain her being in-demand when she transfers to TV5? Well, it's somethong that's interesting to find out.

Meanwhile, Yesterday's Bride will be replaced by Unforgettable beginning Monday, Feb. 25. The new series is topbilled by Kylie Padilla, Mark Herras and Benjamin Alves.

Kylie's last afternoon series, The Good Daughter was received by televiewers quite well. Let's hope that this new one will also get good ratings.
