Alden Richards and Louise delos Reyes topbill primetime soap “Mundo Mo’y Akin”; Lauren Young to play third wheel

Alden Richards and Louise delos Reyes are set to conquer primetime television two weeks from now via the drama series Mundo Mo’y Akin. It will take the timeslot of Pahiram Ng Sandali which will air its finale episode on March 8.

Alden and Louise were last seen as a love team in last year’s One True Love, their first major primetime series as a love team.

Prior to that, they did the afternoon soap Alakdana and the Sunday afternoon teen-oriented show Reel Love Presents: Tween Hearts. They also did supporting roles in the Marian Rivera-Dingdong Dantes primetime series My Beloved.

In Mundo Mo’y Akin, Alden will play the role of Jerome Alvarez who is caught in a complicated love triangle. Of course, one part of the triangle will be Louise. But who is the third party? It’s no other than the newly-turned Kapuso Lauren Young!

Recently, Mundo Mo’y Akin had a story conference followed by a pictorial which was attended by Lauren and her manager Pia Magalona.

This is Lauren’s first project with GMA-7, and I’m sure her fans would be delighted that they will soon see her in an acting project once again.

Furthermore, this upcoming primetime series is also the major comeback project of the talented Sunshine Dizon. She recently did an episode for Magpakailanman and we saw how ‘big’ she has become after getting married and having two kids. Reports say, however, that the actress is now working hard to lose weight for this series.
