Dolphy’s hospital bills paid for by Manny V. Pangilinan

TV5 big boss Manny V. Pangilinan paid for Dolphy’s hospital bills.

Zsa Zsa Padilla, Dolphy’s long-time partner, revealed to GMA-7’s Startalk that the business magnate shouldered the Comedy King’s month-long hospital bills at the Makati Medical Center.

Dolphy was confined at the hospital’s intensive care unit from June 9 until he succumbed to multiple organ failure on July 10.

“Binayaran lahat ni Manny Pangilinan ang hospital bills namin,” Zsa Zsa said. “Napakabait niya.”

Dolphy was under contract with MVP’s TV5 before he died. The television network also sponsored the wake of Dolphy last Thursday at the Heritage Park in Taguig.
