Rupert Sanders has released an official statement regarding the cheating issue that involved Twilight star Kristen Stewart.
In the statement, Rupert said he is distraught for having caused his beautiful wife and heavenly children all the pain and that he prays it doesn’t ruin his marriage.
"I am utterly distraught about the pain I have caused my family. My beautiful wife and heavenly children are all I have in this world. I love them with all my heart. I am praying that we can get through this together."
Rupert, who directed Snow White And The Huntsman, was seen cuddling with Kristen, who played Snow White in the movie, on the cover of US Weekly magazine’s latest issue.
Rupert is married to British model and actress Liberty Ross who also appeared in Snow White And The Huntsman as Snow White’s mother. The couple has two kids together.
Kristen, who’s in a relationship with Twilight co-star Robert Pattinson, was the first to give a statement saying she’s sorry for the hurt and embarrassment she has caused. She also said that she loves Robert so much.
Robert Pattinson, however, hasn’t released a statement yet. Although there are reports that he has left Los Angeles at the height of the issue.
