Dolphy and the national artist award in “The Bottomline With Boy Abunda” (July 28)

Amid pressing talks about hailing the late Comedy King Dolphy as the National Artist continue, National Commission for Culture and Arts (NCCA) chairman Felipe de Leon Jr. takes the hot seat in “The Bottomline With Boy Abunda” this Saturday (July 28) to bravely clarify the various issues associated with their agency.
