GMA-7 released a statement on the passing of Dolphy, Philippine showbiz’s Comedy King.
The Kapuso network says that Dolphy is an inspiration to the showbiz industry and that his legacy will remain in the hearts of every Filipino here and abroad.
GMA-7 also thanked the Comedy King for every smile, laughter and fun that his works in theater, movies and television brought us.

Malungkot man ang kanyang paglisan, ang buhay ni Dolphy ay nagsisilbing inspirasyon sa buong showbiz industry.
