Dolphy died of multiple organ failure on July 10, 2012 at the Makati Medical Center where he was being treated for pneumonia.

He will then be brought back to Heritage Memorial Park where public viewing will be allowed from July 12 to July 14, from 8 AM to 3 PM only.
He will be laid to rest on Sunday, July 15, 2012.
Edit:
Public viewing at ABS-CBN's Dolphy Theater has been delayed to 9 PM, instead of 1 PM of July 11.
