Jake Cuenca has denied having pulled a prank on Anne Curtis at the Prive Luxury Club which caused the It’s Showtime host to blow her top and eventually slap three persons from Jake’s group - actor John Lloyd Cruz, magazine publisher and editor JR Isaac, and Globe executive Leah de Guzman.
Jake said he’s old enough to be pulling pranks on anyone
“Um haters im a little bit to old to be pulling pranks on anyone and if you know me thats not my style. Get your facts straight guys,” the Maria Mercedes actor posted on his Twitter account Tuesday morning.
He admitted, however that he was in Prive that night but he didn’t see what happened between Anne and his group.
“Yes i was in prive but i didnt see anything. I was busy minding my own buisness. Like things should be,” he posted in reply to someone who asked for his side of the story.
With regards to the rumors that he and John Lloyd banged Anne’s door, he posted: “no i absolutley did not bang any doors and i didnt have any problems that night with anne or jlc...”
More recently on Instagram, the currently sick actor said he wouldn’t let anything he has nothing to do with affect him anymore.
“This was not an easy day for me and being sick just made things harder... I will put it behind me but i will never forget everything said and written today... Im done talking about it i have said my pieace im not wasting another second in something i wasnt part of or better yet a fabrication of a person who didnt bother to know truth and what really happened ... Im wont say your name because i am not like you who name drops so easily but im sorry you are not a real journalist i would love to sue you but its not worth it for such a small issue... If you are just gonna gossip do it right know your facts and dont involve people who had nothing to do with the issue...”
