Strong wind and rain brought about by Typhoon Labuyo are bringing floods all over Luzon and disaster in specific provinces in the north. And although the typhoon signal over Metro Manila has been removed, the rain is still strong and its flood prone areas are immerged in water.
As early as Monday night, some local government units already announced suspension of classes for Tuesday, August 13, 2013. Check out the list below.
No classes in the following areas for Tuesday, Aug. 13:
Angeles, Pampanga - pre-school, public and private schools
Malabon - pre-school, public and private schools
Pangasinan - pre-school to high school, public and private schools
Taguig City - pre-school to high school, public and private schools
Valenzuela - pre-school, public and private schools
