Judy Ann Santos won’t be gone on television for long. After her primetime series Huwag Ka Lang Mawawala ends on August 23, she will rest for two weeks and will then do the newest kiddie game show of ABS-CBN, Bet On Your Baby.
Rumors about the Soap Opera Queen transferring to another network have surfaced recently. It was because she decided to end her drama series early, allegedly because the network wanted it moved to a later timeslot the second time around.
It was first moved to give the second teleserye slot to Muling Buksan Ang Puso, and Judy Ann herself revealed that it was set to be moved again to the fourth timeslot. She only requested the management that it stays in the third for a while.
Late timeslots means less viewers, which could mean lower ratings.
The second move was to give way for the Kathryn Bernardo-Daniel Padilla series, Got To Believe, but Judy Ann said her decision to end her teleserye early had nothing to do with the KathNiel rom-com.
But contrary to rumors of transferring to another network, Umagang Kay Ganda revealed on Friday that Bet On Your Baby is waiting for Juday after her two-week rest.
