Due to heavy rains and flood brought about by Tropical Storm Maring, some areas in Luzon still don’t have classes on Tuesday, August 20, 2013.

- Centro Escolar University Malolos - including offices
- University of the East - including offices
- Far Eastern University (FEU) Manila, East Asia College and Makati - including offices
- Philippine Women’s University (PWU) Taft, HS, JASMS Indiana, JASMS QC - including offices
- Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) Bataan, Parañaque, Maragondon, San Pedro,Laguna; Sta Mesa, Manila; Sta. Rosa, Laguna
- San Sebastian College - Recoletos, Manila - including offices
- University of Santo Tomas - including offices
- De La Salle University (DLSU) Dasmariñas, Taft and STC - including offices
- Central Colleges of the Philippines (CCP) - including offices
