‘Divergent’ first teaser released (VIDEO)

Summit Entertainment has just released the first teaser for Divergent, a sci-fi movie based on the best-selling book series by Veronica Roth. The movie stars Shailene Woodley as Tris, Theo James as Four, and Kate Winslet as Jeanine Matthews.

The movie is set in the future where world people are divided into factions based on personalities. Those that do not fit into any of the groups are called Divergents. When Tris, a divergent, discovers a conspiracy to destroy her kind, she has to find a ways to survive.

Divergent is set to hit cinemas March 21, 2014 (US). It is directed by Neil Burger from the screenplay by Vanessa Taylor and Evan Daugherty.
