Sunshine Cruz wants a P15M house from Cesar

Sunshine Cruz said her being busy in showbiz is a blessing because it diverts her mind from the problems that she’s currently facing.

Her hectic schedule, however, also became the reason why she wasn’t able to visit her kids who are currently with her erstwhile husband, Cesar Montano, and she’s being blamed for it.

“I’m a proud working mom,” she told ABS-CBN News. “I need to do this for my kids. But it doesn’t mean na porke’t nagtatrabaho tayo, e, pagkakaitan na tayo at hindi na ipapakita sa ‘yo ang mga anak mo.”

She also touched on the issue of the kids’ allowance.

“Kailangan kong mag-work, e, kasi ayaw ko namang mamilit sa isang tao na pahirapan lagi kung magbigay ng allowance sa mga bata,” she said.

The issue was also included in the affidavit submitted by Cesar through his legal counsel, Atty. Joel Ferrer. Sunshine was allegedly asking for a monthly allowance of P300,000 for their kids, triple the amount of what Cesar currently provides.

Furthermore, the actress also reportedly wants a house worth P15 million from Cesar.

To sum it up, the Temporary Protection Order and the charges under Anti-Violence against Women and their Children allegedly happened after Cesar refused give in to Sunshine’s wishes.

According to the Umagang Kay Ganda report, Sunshine is now focused on saving to build a house for her and her kids.

But she doesn’t know if the kids already know about the case she filed against their father.

“Kung may choice lang ako talaga hindi ko gagawin ‘to,” she said. “You all know how I protected Cesar ‘cause he’s still the father of my children and I have told everybody that he’s a good father to my kids.”

On Tuesday, Sunshine went to the Quezon City Regional Trial Court to file charges against Cesar under RA 9262. Included in the affidavit she submitted was the alleged rape that transpired on Mother’s Day.

On Wednesday, Ferrer denied the rape charge, saying his client slept in Sunshine’s house after dinner that night to celebrate Mother’s Day, and the actor didn’t force her in any way.
