‘The Book Thief’ official trailer (VIDEO)

An official trailer for The Book Thief, an inspiring movie set in Germany during the World War II, has been released. It opens in cinemas November 15th (US).

Sophie Nélisse in The Book Thief

Directed by Brian Percival (Downton Abbey), the movie stars Sophie Nélisse, Geoffrey Rush, Emily Watson and Ben Schnetzer.

The story is based on the bestselling book of the same title by Australian author Markus Zusak. It tells the story of a young girl who transforms the lives of everyone around her when she is sent to live with a new family during the war.
