The True Blood actor is wearing a white t-shirt and jeans on the cover but that doesn’t prevent him from showing how big his arms are. The issue actually reveals 11 tips on how to get biceps as big as Joe’s.

HBO’s True Blood, which is based on The Southern Vampire Mysteries series of novels by Charlaine Harris, is on its way to its sixth season which premieres in June 2013.

Joe is also in the cast of the recently-released movie Magic Mike topbilled by Channing Tatum.
