Ashanti to sing Philippine National Anthem at Pacquiao-Bradley rematch

Ashanti will be singing the Philippine national anthem in the Manny Pacquiao-Timothy Bradley fight in April. The American singer reportedly has Filipino roots from his dad who is of mixed ethnicity.

The news was posted on Twitter by Pacquiao himself on Tuesday night.
The fight is a rematch between the two boxers. Their first one in 2012 ended with a controversial split decision.

Meanwhile, Pacquiao's announcement was in time for Ashanti's comeback album, Braveheart. Her last one was The Declaration released in 2008.
