Lance Raymundo feeling better, to undergo first major operation tomorrow

Lance Raymundo is feeling better, according to his tweet Saturday morning.

The singer-actor figured in a gym accident on Wednesday, March 19, 2014, where an 80-pound metal barbell fell on his face, resulting to multiple facial fractures.

"Hello Friends of WolF! Thank u for all the prayers and good wishes! I'm feeling a little better by the day!" Raymundo said on his first Twitter post since March 17.

The accident was reportedly caused by a trainer who was talking to someone while assisting him. They never revealed the name of the trainer, though, as according to Raymundo, nobody wanted it to happen.

He will undergo two major reconstructive facial procedures, the first one to happen on Tuesday, March 25. The second one will be done a month after.

"Thank you to everyone who has been praying for my son, please continue to pray for his wellness. Lance would personally thank everyone who has been sending him good wishes through SMS, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Each and every message is being read to him, but he is unable to respond he is advised not to strain his eyes," his mom, Nina Zaldua Raymundo, posted on Facebook.
