Rakrakan Festival happens during the first Saturday of the students’ Christmas vacation so this is perfect for those who can’t find the time to attend such events because of school.
Boasting of 50 bands and two stages, Rakrakan Festival happens on December 21, 2013 at the Coral Way Open Parking at the SM Mall of Asia in Pasay City.
