Daniel Padillas mom, Karla Estrada, said the KathNiels (fans of Daniel and Kathryn Bernardo’s love team) should be mature enough to accept that the two teen stars would eventually be paired with other actors in the future.
The message came when asked about the possibility of her son being paired with young actress Julia Barretto.
“Para sa KathNiels, maging malawak tayo sa ganung aspeto. Hindi ‘yung may konti kayong [ayaw], aawayin niyo. Huwag ganun. Kasi talagang pangangaralan ko kayo sa Twitter. Kasi nangangaral ako ngayon,” she said in Buzz Ng Bayan on Sunday.
Daniel and Kathryn are quite vocal that they are currently in an “MU” status. And that’s what Karla also knows.
“Sa pagkakaalam ko, MU nga dahil sabi nila sa akin. Basta sabi nila, ‘MU pa lang kami,’ meaning may continuation,” the mom confirmed.
Karla also believes that nothing can easily get in the way of the Got To Believe stars if they have a strong bond.
“Ang isang pagsasama, kung talagang matibay hindi naman masisira iyan ng trabaho and kung sinu-sino lang,” she said.
She also revealed that Kathryn and Daniel talk about their dreams, and she’s quite happy that the teens know their priorities.
“Sobrang nakakatuwa 'yung dalawa kasi nagkukuwentuhan sila ng mga pangarap nila together, not only for themselves kundi pati sa pamilya. Malinaw sa kanila na laging uunahin ang pamilya,” she said.
