After his controversial interview in The Buzz last Sunday, Billy Crawford was again seen in It’s Showtime on Thursday as one of the hosts.
During his interview with Boy Abunda, the singer-host said that he is lost and it was the main reason for his break-up with Nikki Gil. He also mentioned that he will be leaving for the U.S. on August 3 to reunite with his mom and dad.
His It’s Showtime co-hosts welcomed him back to the show on Thursday with a group hug. Coleen Garcia, who was rumored as the third party in the break-up, was at Billy’s side during the hug.
Billy then went to say, “Eto ang hinihiling ko sa lahat, dapat hindi bumababa ang energy natin. Umulan man o umaraw kahit ang dulo ay hindi matanaw, bakla o hindi bakla…”
He seemed to have added the bakla line to make fun of the gay rumors that have surfaced after his Sunday interview. Suspicions that he is gay stemmed from his words that he wasn’t able to make Nikki happy during the latter part of their almost five-year relationship, plus he needs to find himself.
After the “bakla” line, the chorus of Babae Po Ako was played, to which Billy danced playfully.
