Isaiah Antonio, whose Amalayer song became viral on YouTube that he even guested in Gandang Gabi Vice with his brother, is one of the contestants of TV5’s Kanta Pilipinas.
Isaiah is shown as one of the Top 24 contestants in the music video recently released by the Kapatid Network for the reality show.
Among the Top 24 are Pia, Timmy, Thara, Ferns, 5As1, Ricky, Chadleen, Allan, Janeth, Jacob, Allison, Gregory, Zari, Raz, JB and Daniel, Esther, Haizel, Giancarlo, Roshelle, AJ, Jennifer, Dea, Carlo and Nicole, and Isaiah.
With Isaiah’s charm, I’m sure he’ll get a lot of text votes going for him. And he may not say it in his vlogs, but his being popular on the internet is a sort of early campaigning for support.
Kanta Pilipinas will premiere early 2013 on TV5.
