Kantar Media National TV Ratings (Dec 19-20)

TV Patrol, ABS-CBN’s flagship news program, topped national TV ratings on December 20 due to Filipinos wanting to know more about Janine Tugonon’s runner-up finish at the Miss Universe 2012 pageant that was aired via satellite on the same network that morning.

Pinoys, including the blogger, were curious to know why Ms. Philippines wasn’t declared the winner when she delivered the best answer during the final Q&A of the pageant.

But then, of course, it’s not just the Q&A that was looked into by the judges. And that’s the same reason why Ms. Venezuela, who gave the worst answer, ended 2nd runner-up.

Here are the Top 10 daytime and primetime television programs on Dec. 19-20, 2012 based on Kantar Media Total Philippines Household TV Ratings:
