The ABS-CBN drama series Muling Buksan Ang Puso failed to make the 30% national rating mark on Tuesday based on Kantar Media’s data.
However, the Julia Montes, Enchong Dee and Enrique Gil starrer failed just a few points short with 29.4%, ranking third in primetime and overall below Juan Dela Cruz and TV Patrol.
