Tarlac police brutality hits the web (Video)

This is no doubt police brutality.

A video of a police officer beating a civilian was uploaded on the internet on Sunday. Two other police officers were at the scene and were captured on the video just looking at what was happening.

Prior to the beating, the police officer and the civilian in orange shirt were seen talking, engaged in what looked like an argument. It eventually transpired into the brutality that became viral on the internet and once again put the PNP in bad light.

The incident happened in Paniqui, Tarlac and the policemen were eventually identified as PO2 Ritchel Antonio, PO2 Gerardo Bermudez, and PO2 Fernando Acosta.

Reports say Tarlac Police Director Senior Superintendent Alfred Corpus has already ordered to put the three policemen under restrictive custody.
