“Maalaala Mo Kaya” remains as the country’s no.1 drama anthology as it continues to reign in its timeslot despite the new programs pitted against it. This was proven by the recent data from Kantar Media where the 2012 Anak TV Seal awardee ruled the ratings game with its 27.2% national TV rating, compared to its rival weekly drama in GMA “Magpakailanman,” which only got garnered 22.9%.
Meanwhile, “MMK” will share this Saturday (December 15) an inspiring tale that will move the TV viewers to continue striving to reach for their dreams. The episode will be starred by Martin del Rosario, who will portray the character of Ben, a young man who bravely faced all the odds, even the maltreatment of his family, just to achieve his goal of finishing his studies. In a life full of darkness, how can one find the light that will drive him to fulfill his dreams?
Together with Martin in the upcoming “MMK” episode are Bugoy CariƱo, Tessie Tomas, Nanding Josef, Aleck Bovic, Queenie Sulit, Shane Hermogenes, Hanna Flores, and Linn Oeymo. It was researched by Joana Marcial, written by Nikki Bunquin and Arah Jell Badayos, and directed by Raz de la Torre.
Don’t miss another memorable life story this Saturday in the 2012 Anak TV Seal Awardee, “Maalaala Mo Kaya” (MMK), after “Wansapanataym” on ABS-CBN.
