Hollie Cavanagh chose Irene Cara’s Flashdance… What A Feeling to sing at the top 8 performance night of American Idol 11’s Songs From The ‘80s Week.
Her voice was shaky, though and the performance wasn’t polished enough for the judges to like.
Randy Jackson, however, commended her for having the talent. Steven Tyler said she was pitchy and Jennifer Lopez said the 18-year-old didn’t let loose during the performance.
