It’s Angel Locsin’s 27th birthday today, and “Happy Birthday Angel Locsin” is currently trending on Twitter!
The pretty actress can be seen Saturday nights via ABS-CBN’s hit sitcom, Toda Max.
She also recently tied with Anne Curtis for Best Actress at the 14th Gawad Pasado for her role in In The Name Of Love. The same role gave her the Film Actress of the Year award at the recent 43rd Box Office Entertainment Awards, as well as Movie Actress of the Year award at the 28th PMPC Star Awards for Movies.
With all those recognitions comes the news that she is going to do a movie with Kapuso hunk Dingdong Dantes!
The movie is said to be under Star Cinema and will also star Angelica Panganiban and Zanjoe Marudo.
I wonder if it was the same movie reported last month that would put Angel, Angelica, Bea Alonzo and Toni Gonzaga together.
Meanwhile, the fact that GMA-7 allowed Dingdong to do another movie for the ABS-CBN film outfit is another good news. He was first allowed last year for the Metro Manila Film Festival entry Segunda Mano with Kris Aquino.
The question is, would Dingdong’s real life girlfriend, Marian Rivera, be a hindrance? She was recently said to be in not-so-good terms with Katrina Halili after the sexy actress did some kissing scenes with Dingdong for their soap, My Beloved.
Aside from that, the supposed Dingdong-Heart Evangelista team-up was the alleged cause of the Marian-Heart conflict. After their “word war” the project didn’t push through.
