Former band vocalist and now solo artist Ney Dimaculangan releases his second single, Shut Up from his self-titled solo album, Ney.
According to Ney who wrote, arranged, and produced the song, Shut Up is about a girl who just got out of a relationship. He said that he wrote it to give people a positive view of life after a bad flame.
Ney's album features a fusion of alternative pop rock with 10 original tracks written, arranged, and produced by Ney himself. It also carries two bonus tracks, Kaya Mo which was the theme song to the Filipino animated movie RPG Metanoia and Walang Hanggan, a duet with Yeng Constantino which was used as the themesong in the hit teleserye Imortal.
Ney’s self-titled solo album is now available in record bars nationwide. Listeners may also preview the tracks or purchase a digital copy at www.starrecords.ph.
