Navarro was welcomed back to the show by his co-hosts including Anne Curtis, Karylle, Billy Crawford, Coleen Garcia, Eric Tai, Jugs Jugueta, Teddy Corpus and Jhong Hilario who all wore white shirts that say "Welcome Back Vhong!"
The controversial actor-TV host was emotional while thanking his friends in and out of showbiz who showed their support.
Meanwhile, on Twitter, "#WelcomeBackVhong" became the number one trending topic worldwide in relation to Navarro's comeback.
"Mr. Suave", a character he portrayed in the movies that has become attached to his name, also trended worldwide.
