With her platelet count already normal, KC happily had a photo taken with the staff and nurses of St. Luke's in Taguig.
"To all the Bedside Nurses on duty during my stay... Stay healthy & safe! God bless you all!! I'm FREEEEE! Thanks to ur care. #NursesAreHeroes #StLukesBGC," she wrote in the caption.
While confined, the "Ikaw Lamang" actress also posted pictures and videos of those who visited her. She was visited by her dad, Gabby Concepcion. Her sister Garie who is currently out of the country also sent flowers.
Paulo Avelino, who she labels as best friend, was also seen in one of the videos playing the guitar while KC sings.
"Thank you sa aking mga "Tag Team" Nurse Sarah @sjsumoba & Nurse Richelle sa pagaalaga sa akin this past week 😘 And thank you also to my guitarist @pauavelino for keeping me company! Hehe Ingat guys!!!" she wrote in the video's caption.
Meanwhile, her well-wishers also included Marian Rivera who sent her flowers.
"Magkaiba man kami ng network, at hindi man kami laging nagkikita, I know I have a true friend in her. Napaka swerte kong naging kaibigan mo, @therealmarian," KC posted.
Now that she's already free of dengue, the young actress is all excited to go back to work. She plays Natalia in the hit series "Ikaw Lamang" opposite Kim Chiu and Coco Martin. The series will air its finale next week.
