Vice Ganda's "Magpasikat" performance with Ryan Bang for "It's Showtime's" fifth anniversary impressed the viewers of the Kapamilya noontime show.
Vice sang, together with kids of different disability, a song about equality that he himself composed.
He hinted, however, that it was his last performance for the show's "Magpasikat Week," an annual tradition where the hosts outdo one another in production numbers for the show's anniversary.
Vice was recently hospitalized for a number of days, and different rumors came out regarding his condition.
The comedian is now open to talking about his health to the media, though, and amid speculations that he is leaving the noontime show, he said that he indeed needs to rest.
He revealed that he has polyps in his throat which worsened because of acid reflux.
He revealed that he is set to undergo surgery, which he postponed because of "Magpasikat" and the Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) entry that he is currently shooting.
He needs to finish his showbiz commitments first before the operation because he will need to rest after that.
Regarding the cyst in his kidney that Vhong Navarro mentioned in an episode of "It's Showtime," Vice said it was so little and shouldn't be a cause of worry.
“Nung ultrasound, nakitang may cyst sa kidney. Pero maliit na maliit lang, nothing to be alarmed, hindi siya dangerous, wala lang," the "Praybeyt Benjamin" star said.
