Derek Ramsay, Mary Christine Jolly withdraw cases, enter compromise agreement

Derek Ramsay and his estranged wife Mary Christine Jolly has reportedly entered into a compromise agreement on October 24.

Part of the agreement was the withdrawal of all cases Derek and Mary Christine filed against each other.

The news about the agreement was confirmed to pep.ph by Judge Eugene Paras of the Makati Regional Trial Court, Branch 58. He was "not the judge who heard the case but the agreement was entered into in one of the family courts of Makati."

Derek and Mary Christine agreed to an agreement for the sake of their son, Austin. But aside from the withdrawal of the cases, other details of the agreement were kept private and confidential.

Meanwhile, the actor took to Instagram on Friday to post a photo of him with his son.

He captioned it with a positive: "Today is the best day of my life. Thank you for all the prayers. God is good. #prouddad"
