Atom Araullo saves a drowning victim in ‘Red Alert’

Broadcast journalist Atom Araullo shows you how to keep your family or barkada outings safe this semestral break as he teaches you the basics in reviving a drowning victim and other safety tips this Friday (Oct 31) on “Red Alert.”

According to the Department of Health, eight Filipinos die of drowning every day, with 35% of the victims mostly teenagers and children aged 14 years old and below.

Tatay Boyet’s nine-year-old son Bojo was among these helpless victims. In the episode, he personally recounts to Atom what he went through when his young boy, whom he hadn’t seen for a long time, was taken away from him in a snap.
