This coming Halloween season, Cinema One with Robi Domingo and Kitkat will once again stage SINESINDAK 2014 featuring a set of activities that will bring both smiles and screams on October 25 at Eastwood Central Plaza in Quezon City.
Be sure to come in your best Halloween costume as there will be a parade at 5pm. Cinema One will then choose and award the winner with special prizes . At 5:30 pm, booth activities and onstage games will start. At 6pm, get the chance to see the cast of Regal Film’s “Dilim” starring Kylie Padilla, Yna Asistio and Ella Cruz.
The Voice Season 1 finalist Morissette Amon who will showcase her vocal prowess to entertain the crowd follows right after.
At 7pm, family and friends gather around to enjoy the outdoor free screening of Malaysian film “Pee Mak”.
“Pee Mak” is a hit comedy horror film starred by Thai Superstar Mario Maurer. Mak (Mario Maurer) served in the war during the beginning of the Rattanakosin Dynasty. At war, he became friends with Ter, Puak, Shin, and Aey, whose lives he saved. Once the war was over, Mak invited his four friends into his home in Phra Khanong town and introduced them to his beautiful wife Nak and his newborn baby boy Dang. A rumor was going around in the village that Nak had died giving birth to her stillborn baby, Dang. The source of this rumor, Aunty Priak, owner of local liquor store was found dead floating on the river a few days later. The four friends felt it’s time to tell Mak the possibility of Nak and Dang could be dead and lingered as haunting ghosts and their lives now at risk. It’s up to Mak to choose between love and reality.
