YouTube sensation Zendee Rose Tenerefe is indeed making a name. And it’s all because of the “Random Girl in SM Megamall” video that went viral last month.
Zendee Rose, a native of General Santos, has recently been invited to audition in the American singing reality show The Voice for its third season. The flattering news was revealed by Manny Many Prizes co-host Paolo Contis after Zendee Rose’s number in the game show last Saturday.
According to Paolo, it was Carson Daly, The Voice host himself, who sent the invitation. The American TV host was said to have seen Zendee Rose’s now famous YouTube video and was impressed enough to send her the invitation to audition.
Now that’s an honor. If other amateur singers search for auditions, Zendee Rose is talented enough to receive a request to audition.
Before that good news, however, the YouTube video has paved the way for Zendee Rose to sing live in Party Pilipinas alongside Jonaly Viray, Maricris Garcia and Rachelle Ann Go. She’s also now a regular performer in Manny Many Prizes and was contacted by The Ellen DeGeneres Show for possible guesting.
