“Walang Hanggan” proposal scene of Marco and Emily a big hit among televiewers, netizens

The wedding proposal of Marco (Richard Gomez) to Emily (Dawn Zulueta) last Monday in ABS-CBN’s Walang Hanggan was a big hit among televiewers. It got a national TV rating of 36.6%, while its rival program, GMA-7’s Luna Blanca, only got 16.1% according to Kantar Media TV Ratings.

The episode was also a hit on the microblogging site Twitter as the hashtag #WalangHanggan became a nationwide trending topic.

But will the wedding actually push through without any interference from Miguel (Noni Buencamino)?
