Andrew Garfield and Marc Webber team-up again for sequel to “The Amazing Spider-Man”

Andrew Garfield will soon be donning that Spider-Man costume again as Columbia Pictures just confirmed that the actor will reprise his role for the next installment of The Amazing Spider-Man.

Director Marc Webb, who helmed the first movie, has also been confirmed to be directing the sequel. He will be working from the script by Alex Kurtzman & Roberto Orci and Jeff Pinkner based on James Vanderbilt’s (writer of first movie) draft.

This great news was announced by Columbia Pictures president Doug Belgrad and Hannah Minghella, president of production for the studio.

Production for the new movie begins early 2013. It is scheduled for a May 2, 2014 release.

The role for Gwen Stacy hasn’t been confirmed yet but the studio is already in talks with Emma Stone, the first movie’s Gwen.

PBB Teen Edition 4 Audition at MOA on January 6 & 13

Aside from the London leg, Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition Season 4 is going to hold auditions at the Mall of Asia in Pasay City on January 6 and 13, 2012. To qualify, you must be 13-17 years old.
