Cherie Gil joins cast of “Temptation of Wife”

GMA-7’s adaptation of the Korean drama Temptation of Wife has an exciting lineup of actors playing the lead roles. Marian Rivera leads the cast as Angeline, while Glaiza de Castro will play Heidi.

We all know how good a kontrabida Glaiza is, but also joining the cast is someone who’s so veteran in making life hard for the lead characters – no other than Cherie Gil.

Cherie, who’s also a judge in the talent reality show Protege, will play the role of Stella Jung, the mother of Dennis Trillo’s character, Marcel.

Of course, we all know that Cherie is the favorite kontrabida of Sharon Cuneta, but this time around, she will be playing opposite Marian in the much-awaited series.

Also in the lead cast is Rafael Rosell as Nigel. This is his first full teleserye as a Kapuso.

Directed by Dominic Zapata, also in the cast are Michelle Madrigal, Rez Cortez, Rio Locsin, and Candy Pangilinan, who’s a diehard fan of Asianovelas, will play the role of Auntie Madel.
