"The Million Peso Money Drop" airs in October on TV5

TV5 brings to local television the game show where contestants are given a million pesos at the start of the show instead of aiming for a million pesos towards the end of the show.

The Million Peso Money Drop

Titled The Million Peso Money Drop, the game show is based on the UK series The Million Pound Drop Live.

The American version titled Million Dollar Money Drop hosted by Kevin Pollak aired on Fox but only lasted for one season. Although the network didn’t comment on why it was cancelled, it’s low ratings was speculated as the reason.

The Philippine franchise is set to air this October, as announced on the teaser below.
