Jessica Sanchez has recently signed up with Jollibee to become its first-ever international endorser.
The 17-year-old runner-up of American Idol season 11 is here in Manila not just for the final leg of the American Idol Tour but also for her endorsements.
The Filipino-Mexican powerhouse stayed longer than the other finalists of AI who participated in the concert to do presscons and shoots for local brands Bench and Jollibee.
Her being part of the Bench family has been announced long before she arrived in Manila, but the Jollibee deal was reported just recently.
And what can Jessica say about the proudly Filipino food chain that now has branches in the US?
“We’ve been there a couple of times,” she said. “We had a lot of Chickenjoy and spaghetti there so I’m very familiar with Jollibee.”
She also shared that she and Jollibee has a thing in common – being family-oriented.
“I feel so blessed and so lucky to be a part of such a big company, a big brand name. This brand is so family oriented, my family is so family oriented. It means a lot to me to share that kind of love between me and my endorsements.”
