Vice Ganda confined in hospital

The comedian took to Twitter on Monday, October 13, to post a photo of his hand with intravenous drip attached.

"Not a good way to start the week," he wrote in the caption followed by five thumbs down signs.

Two days before that, he posted that he can't think clearly anymore because he has not been eating since FEU lost to NU in the game 2 of UAAP finals.

"Tuliro na ko! Sabado na pala ngayon. Ilang araw na kasi kong di kumakain e. Kasi nga #TaloAngFEUKayaWalangKakain! Walang kakain!" he posted.

But, of course, the fans of the "It's Showtime" host knew that it was just a joke in reference to the funny Instagram videos that he recently made about going on a hunger strike because of his favorite basketball team's loss.

Meanwhile, he tweeted Monday evening that his hospital room is already turning into a flower shop because off well-wishers that send flowers.

"My hospital room is slowly turning into a flower shop. Too much love for the sick horse," he posted.

He hasn't confirmed the cause of his hospitalization yet but talks say it's over fatigue. Aside from hosting a daily noontime show, he's also busy doing the movie "Praybeyt Benjamin 2" which is an official entry to the 2014 Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF).
