The actress took to Instagram to post photos of the "intimate celebration" that was attended by some showbiz personalities like Yeng Constantino, Erik Santos, Jericho Rosales and fiancee Kim Jones, and Dreamscape's Deo Endrinal.
Paulo Avelino, whom Concepcion admitted to have been courting her, was also there. He was seen holding the cake for the birthday girl in one of the photos.
