Tropical Storm has intensified and the Public Storm Warning Signal (PSWS) in Metro Manila has been raised to No. 2. It may be Saturday tomorrow, October 12, 2013, but some schools have scheduled make-up classes and/or quarterly exams. In line with that, a number of Local Government Units (LGUs) have already released advisories cancelling classes for tomorrow.
