Maalaala Mo Kaya will bring back some of its best episodes this Holy Week.
Starting on Maundy Thursday with the Ai-Ai de las Alas-starrer Krus episode, the longest-running drama anthology will touch our hearts as most of the TV programs go off-air in observance of Lent. Krus is the story of a devoted mother whose faith was put to test when her two sons were diagnosed with incurable diseases.
On Good Friday, be inspired in the story featuring Bugoy Cariño and AJ Perez in the episode titled Tsinelas. It is about an orphaned teenager who took his younger brother on a journey by foot to look for their relatives miles away. It was one of the last appearances of AJ before he died.
On Black Saturday, Dahil Sa Pag-ibig stars Piolo Pascual and Maricar Reyes will warm our hearts in Traysikel which is about a tricycle driver who found a bag containing huge amount of money at the backseat of his tricycle during the time he was in frantic need of funds for the medical attention of his baby.
MMK will air at 7 PM from Maundy Thursday to Black Saturday.
